Expertos, Agrobraceros y Resistencias Durante los Inicios de la Larga Revolución Verde en los Andes

En este artículo exploro algunas capas de colonialismo construidas al inicio de la larga Revolución Verde, sobre todo en los Andes. Ejemplifico algunos dispositivos a través de los cuales se comenzó a consolidar el conocimiento experto asociado con la modernización agrícola, en particular en la relación entre actores andinos y estadounidenses. Algunos de esos dispositivos fueron la planificación, fomento de monocultivos de productos complementarios, créditos, material genético, maquinaria, insumos y otras tecnociencias que circularon en cajas negras, estaciones agrícolas, extensión rural, educación y capacitación, becas, e instituciones de formación. También me detengo en algunas resistencias, mantenidas casi siempre en esferas lejanas de la institucionalidad formal.
